You’ve got 30 days from the day you bought it to send it back for a full refund to your original payment method. If life gets busy and you miss that window (we've all been there), don't worry—anything returned after 30 days is eligible for store credit so you can find something else you love.

The "Keep It Fresh" Rule

To keep things fair for everyone, we can only take back items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have all the original tags attached. Basically, if it looks and smells just like it did when it left our boutique, we’re good to go!
